The USMX-ILA master contract (covering all US East Coast and Gulf Coast ports) expired at midnight on Monday, September 30^th, 2024. Operations have ceased at Napoleon Avenue Container Terminal as of today- Tuesday, October 1. While Port NOLA is not involved in the contract negotiations or discussions, we will continue to send updates as this develops and will immediately begin recovery operations when an agreement is reached.
