Brad Guilmino serves as Vice President of Finance and Innovative Delivery for the Port of New Orleans, providing senior leadership for major capital-project development and supporting key financial management functions. His primary focus includes the successful delivery of the Louisiana International Terminal.

A Louisiana native, Guilmino brings 25 years of experience in infrastructure finance, banking and consulting. He has advised public- and private-sector partners on seaport, rail, transit, roadway and commercial development projects and has executed more than $20 billion in financings. Before joining Port NOLA, he served as co-head of transportation and a director at PFM Financial Advisors and previously held leadership and advisory roles at HNTB Corporation and Citigroup Global Markets. Guilmino earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University.
