The organization has recently moved to listing all open projects and bidding opportunities on Central Bidding. Open solicitations and all bids/proposals must be submitted via the Central bidding portal.

To access Port of New Orleans and New Orleans Public Belt Railroad opportunities, click the blue central Bidding button on the homepage to view all open solicitations in Louisiana. Opportunities can also be accessed through the SEBConnect website and app.

Your Company’s Roadmap to Procurement Opportunity

Step One: Visit Central Bidding and the SEBConnect App to review current opportunities in construction, professional services, and goods and services for the Port of New Orleans and New Orleans Public Belt Railroad. You will need to create an account on www.centralbidding.com for bid/proposal submission and check on the status of bids.

Step Two: Under “Browse Public Bids” click Louisiana Agencies, and look for the Port of New Orleans and the New Orleans Public Belt. This will bring you to the Procurement Opportunities. Check the list and click on any of the projects listed for more information, including specifications, start/end date and all corresponding bid documents.

Step Three: Submit your proposal via the Central Bidding portal. A member of our Procurement team will be in contact regarding next steps.
