Ari Ferrand-Goodwin serves as the Director of Organizational Development at the Port of New Orleans and New Orleans Public Belt Railroad. In this role, she focuses on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, attracting new talent, and upskilling the existing workforce through targeted training and development. Ari is also dedicated to implementing innovative employee engagement initiatives aimed at retaining diverse talent.

Before joining NOPB, Ari gained valuable experience in the private sector, where she addressed organizational challenges and trained team members on HR processes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism from Nicholls State University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Capella University.

Ari is certified as a Human Resources Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute.
