Kyle Gilmore, Director of Real Estate, leads the Port of New Orleans’ Real Estate Department which is responsible for maritime and industrial assets across multiple parishes. Prior to joining the Port, Mr. Gilmore served in local government for twelve years, most recently as Project Manager for the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority. During his tenure, Mr. Gilmore served a vital role in the recovery and redevelopment of Post-Katrina New Orleans. Mr. Gilmore completed undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University and earned a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane’s School of Architecture. Mr. Gilmore also served as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in Mali, West Africa.
