Steven Gauthier, Jr., Director of Cruise, manages cruise and parking operations for the Port of New Orleans with a focus on cruise development, customer service, operational efficiency and terminal optimization. Prior to joining Port NOLA, Gauthier worked in various capacities in the hospitality and tourism industry. He is a member of multiple cruise industry organizations and associations and holds a business degree with a concentration in hospitality management from the University of New Orleans.
